SEO - Is it worth ?
Search Engine Optimization worth ? Yes/ Not that is what many companies ask themselves.
Well let me explain to you few points.
first , when you start your website development you sometimes forget about ,how and who is going to promote it.
few many years ago when you start your business you had no option to choose the media for advertizing your self .
Usually your options were Tv commercial , Street Ads, Radio Commercials and Newspaper ads, All those options,
when traslated to money cost you thousands of dollars the minimum.
So when i look today and see the media i have on the internet , i say WOW it is much less .. that 20 years ago .
But still it will cost you money .
So mentioned money , when talking about Good Search Engine Optimization or Media Optimization , in other words it costs much less.
Here are the answers:
1. Your SEO will bring you to top search results and thus will stay there for a while even not touching a keyboard.
2. Continue doing a SEO will cost much less work (=money) cause you already got a high place in results.
So How much it cost ?
Usually a good SEO based on a few millions of search results for the competitive target keywords, costs like $10K-15K / 3 months of work .
if we compare that to ads placing you in home pages like Yahoo , MySpace.. it equals the cost you pay for 1 month!
