Search results from Google.com starts to appear with option to promote/remove from results pages that i customized to do so .
If you are logged on to Google account , you may see 3 new icons near each SERP search engine results page.
1. Promote - used to promote a Search result to first page
2. Remove - removes the page from furure search term.
3. add comment, these comments might be public .
